Expert, is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society. He is a qualified, Clinical and Educational Psychologist and also works in the area of Forensic Psychology. He received his B.A. Degree from the University of Western Australia, his Masters Degree and Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) from London University, and his clinical training and diploma from the Institute of Psychiatry, Maudsley Hospital.

Expert trained as an educational psychologist and worked in this field for various Local Authorities in the UK. He became the Chief Educational Psychologist where he was responsible for training and hiring Educational Psychologists to work under him. He was responsible for advising all the schools in Hampshire and worked with Head teachers and teachers in an advisary capacity. This also included mental health.

When he left Hampshire he set up his own privated consultancy and undertook courses in special educational needs. His later post was as the Principal of Allington Manor which was a combination of a school, treatment centre and care facility for disturbed young persons, mainly adolescents, who had a variety of psychological and management problems. he has also been a former Chief Educational Psychologist for Hampshire and has been responsible for advising the setting up of centres in Poland and other parts of the World to deal with children who suffer from a variety of problems of a psychological, anti-social and emotional/behavioural nature. He hs lectured all over the World on this subject. He has twice been elected to serve as a Director of the International Council of Psychologists as well as becoming the President. He is a Fellow of the College of Teachers and has acted as a long serving Chief examiner in Educational Psychology.

He is currently a Director of an out-patient centre and of Expert's Firm which is an independent organisation dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological problems among children, adolescents and adults. This involves the diagnosis, a written report, and advice, to all persons with whom he consults. Treatment is also undertaken.

He worked for many years as a Mediator particularly with personnel in Industry, Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) and Marital Disputes.

His work with Solicitors involves personal injury assessment; brain damage measurement; psychological effect and prognosis of trauma and injury; criminal culpability assessment; assessment of child abuse both sexual and emotional; child custody cases; and any aspect of emotional and psychological diagnosis which may affect the way in which a person or child reacts to an accident, injury or personal tragedy. He is a member of a special British psychology group on clinical neuro-psychology.

He has published over 4000 articles and has written and contributed to several books on a variety of subjects dealing with psychology. He has also been interviewed as an expert in his field on television and radio.

He has acted as an expert witness for cases requiring his expertise and has appeared in court in connection with this. He is currently on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses, and a registered Law Society Expert Witness and is a Member of the Academy of Experts, as well as an accredited member of the Expert Witness Directory and various organizations concerned with expert witness work.
